2009 January 12
I’m sure my blog-o-sphere peeps are wondering waht happened to the faithful blogger Zack Hensley and his audacious plans to blog everyday in 2009. Well turns out taking care of your new and pregnant wife, leading in ministry, studying to stay sharp in the Word, and striving to maintain a heathly prayer life takes up most of my would be bloging time.
However I still hold true to my daily blogging ambition. Life is good, God is good, and I love that I get to ministry to my precious Lord and others as my occupation!

Just wait until your new baby comes into the picture… having a “weekly” or “monthly” blog goal would probably be pretty realistic
I enjoy checking out your blog Zack, hope you guys are doing well!!
Zack,
I am so sorry to hear Carrie is not doing well. That first three months of a pregnancy can be a killer.
Please know Dave and I are praying that all will be well for her, and that you will be able to hold up under all this yourself, the first real test of your marriage.
Life can be awfully hard sometimes, but thankfully we have the Lord to see us through. I often wonder how folks hold up that do not.
God bless and keep you both safe and healthy.
@Bethany I’m glad you enjoy the updates! Carrie and i are planning a trip out to Phoenix soon, so when we come we’ll have to hang out with you and Micah.
@ Margret Thank you so much for your prayers, and encouragement. It’s going to be so worth it when that little guy (or girl) comes out!
Zack,
I am really glad to hear Carrie is feeling better. We do serve a prayer answering God!
There’s a little wristband they are selling at some of the health food stores which they say is pretty effective against morning sickness. It has to do with accupressure. One thing I found helpful was peppermint tea and saltine crackers. Not the greatest breakfast in the word though.
I meant world. Sorry for the oops.
Some of the very most wonderful persons are born after causing Mommy such distress…this too shall pass.
I’m hearing what your sayin’, but I can’t see it. How about some content over ‘ere!
Bam! content boyee! (I shiver at my cheesiness)
@ G-ma AMEN!
It’s going to be so cool when that little guy (or gal) comes out!
